Join us at the Pretty Potions Workshop for an introductory course on Lucid Dreaming!
This class is great for beginners that are interested in Lucid Dreaming and conscious sleep. We will explore what lucid dreaming is, the benefits, myths, what a “reality check” is, and even help you create a bedtime script. At the end of the class you will receive a bag of our Lucid Dreaming herbal tea that is crafted in-house to further aide you in your dream journey, as well as a PDF email that contains printable journal sheets.

NOTE: This class is located in our Workshop which is on the second floor of our building. Due to the age of the building, there is no accessibility; there are 15 steps to get upstairs. Please meet in the shop before being escorted up to the workshop. This class/workshop is non-refundable.
