Please Note: Products that are labelled with a warning about melting (eg. solid perfumes) that are shipped during the summer months or to warm climates are shipped with the buyers understanding that these items cannot be refunded if they melt and are purchasing at their own risk. In most cases, items can be put in the fridge to re-solidify; they just will not look as pretty.
We are unable to accept opened or used products as returns unless the product is defective.
