This class is ideal for those looking to use herbal remedies for minor injuries or ailments. We will take an in depth look at immune supporting herbs for colds and flus, and minor first aid for bug bites, sunburn (and other minor burns), bruises, sprains, cuts, digestive issues scrapes and more. We will also discuss different preparation techniques of tinctures, salves, infusions, and poultices and what to include in an herbal first aid kit.
You will receive a couple recipes for our favourite herbal remedies, as well as a sample of our best selling Bruise & Muscle Pain Salve, which is comprised of arnica and nettle infused coconut oil and candelilla wax. You'll also receive 15% off all herb purchases from our apothecary to start your own kit.
