We will delve into how to best support yourself in mind, body and spirit during times of stress and unease with the use of healing herbs, crystals and grounding work such as journaling and breath work, as well as best practices. You will learn how to figure out what works best for you in times of stress, and how to identify it.
Next, everyone gets to craft a 9oz. bag of bath soak, with your choice of essential oils and herbs that you can keep for yourself or gift to someone you love.
