Start off Samhain with a short saining ritual; saining is the folk magic ritual of purification that is meant to provide protection. After the saining is complete, we will settle in to craft our very own besoms that can be used to decorate the door or your altar. Start with a driftwood handle as a base and add your dried florals, twine and other items to make a broom that is uniquely yours.
Following the besom crafting we will break for lunch, provided by our neighbors Chef & Bub, where a sandwich and soup will be provided and mulled apple cider to enjoy throughout the day.
After lunch, Sarah from Soul Nectar Intuitive will be giving short tarot readings to each participant while we also create a crystal infused, essential oil rollerball perfume that you can make with a specific intention in mind.
